Yes. This is a mandatory condition to sell on any marketplace in Brazil. It is not just a requirement for Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng , but for all large e-commerces. The required document is the Electronic Invoice (NF-e) with a digital access key and issued in XML file format.

For products below R$79, shipping is paid in full by the end consumer. The Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng store shipping table is only valid for products worth R$79 or more – which have free delivery to the end consumer. In this case, the shipping price varies depending on the following factors:

- Quantity of products shipped

This amount is borne by both the retailer and Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng . The discount percentage we offer can reach up to 50% and varies depending on:
- The store’s operating indicators: called seller index, this score ranges from 1 to 5, where 5 represents excellent operational performance – find out more. The higher the score, the more discount the retailer will receive on shipping.
- The shipping method: we offer the option with collection or without Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng collection . When using our collection program, the retailer receives a greater discount on shipping. Understand here how this modality works and which cities it serves.

For products below R$79, the consumer is the one who pays the shipping cost. For products with a value equal to or above R$79, what applies is the Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng store shipping table, which has free delivery to the end customer and varies according to three factors: shipping region, quantity of products sent and product weight, which can be physical or cubic weight .
The discount percentage we offer can reach up to 50% and varies depending on the store’s operating indicators and the shipping method.
If the end consumer purchases different products from the same retailer (a pen, a notebook and a pencil case, for example), the shipping cost for each product will be charged. In this scenario, the retailer pays the amount in co-participation with Obook.ng & Ringroad.com.ng .
Remembering that there is a fixed fee of R$5 per item sold.

No. The shipping table is based on the region the retailer is in and also on the weight of the product. Therefore, if the consumer is from the northern region and the order is shipped from the southeast region, the retailer will pay the shipping price set for the southeast region.

If the order is returned by the consumer, the retailer is responsible for the shipping cost, both for products below R$79.00 and for those with equal or greater value.
